Position Overview
The Assistant Pastry Chef prepares quality and consistent pastries for all areas while supporting guest and employee satisfaction.
The position is full time and located at Al Corniche Street in Doha, Qatar.

Education and Experience
- High school diploma or GED plus three years of experience in culinary, food and beverage, or a related professional area.
- Alternatively, a two-year degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related major plus one year of related experience.
Pastry Team Leadership
- Manage day-to-day pastry operations and perform employee duties when needed.
- Coordinate cooks and workers engaged in food preparation.
- Use communication and interpersonal skills to lead, influence, and encourage team members.
- Assist in supervising pastry preparation shift operations.
- Prepare food items according to required specifications.
