About the Role
Al-Qimam Factory is seeking a hands-on Assistant Operations Manager for production and project execution.
The role supports BTL, retail display, luxury podium, counter, and exhibition projects.
The position connects design, production, purchasing, quality control, logistics, and installation to deliver approved designs on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Review project briefs, drawings, dimensions, materials, and approved samples before production.
- Coordinate production schedules and follow projects from design approval through production, quality control, delivery, and installation.
- Monitor factory-floor progress, identify delays or technical issues, and coordinate requirements across design, production, purchasing, logistics, and commercial teams.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, dimensions, materials, colors, finishes, and quality standards.
- Track material availability, production readiness, project progress, exceptions, and final completion.
- Support improvements in productivity, quality, workflow, and on-time delivery.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree or diploma in interior design, interior architecture, architecture, industrial design, or a related technical or design field is required.
- Applicants should understand technical or shop drawings, measurements, materials, and fabrication methods.
- Knowledge of wood or MDF, metal, acrylic, glass, printing, paint finishes, lighting, and display materials is highly desirable.
- Experience in BTL production, retail displays, fit-out, joinery, exhibitions, or fabrication is advantageous.
- Strong planning, coordination, problem-solving, follow-up, quality, and deadline skills are required.
- The role requires hands-on work inside the factory.
Language
- English is required.
- Arabic is preferred.
Work Details
- The role is full-time and 100% on-site in a factory or industrial area in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
- The position is in the Operations and Production department and reports to Operations Management.
- Immediate or short-notice availability is preferred.
