About Atlantis, The Palm

Atlantis, The Palm is part of Kerzner International and is a luxury hospitality resort in Dubai.

About the Role

Assist the Restaurant General Manager in ensuring the highest standards and quality throughout operations.

Drive departmental KPIs focused on guest, people, product and profit performance.

Engage and motivate colleagues through training, coaching and strong communication.

Oversee departmental profitability.

About You

  • A minimum of five years of relevant beach bar experience or related field experience is required.
  • Previous international exposure with five-star hotel experience is preferred.
  • A solid understanding of business acumen and overall P&L is essential.
