Requirements
- Diploma degree in Business, Operations, or a relevant field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in operations roles
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English (Reading, Writing, Speaking)
- Able to read timetables, maps, and schedules
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
