Role Description
- This is a full time on site role for an Assistant Operations Manager at our Riyadh location.
- The Assistant Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day to day operations, managing team performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining operational excellence.
- This role requires close collaboration with the management team to support operational goals, assist with staff scheduling, uphold quality standards, and address customer concerns.
