About the Role
Work alongside the Department Manager to deliver standout service and operational excellence.
Help build a high-performing department with team development and daily engagement.
Support daily operations, administrative tasks, and compliance with safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, confident, and engaging customer service.
- Work closely with the Department Manager to execute departmental strategies.
- Support team development through training, coaching, and motivation.
- Lead regular team huddles to share goals and provide feedback.
- Support daily operations by ensuring outstanding customer service and cleanliness.
- Provide office and administrative support, including inventory management and payroll functions.
- Promote compliance with all Safe Food Handling and Health & Safety policies.
- Contribute to store success by assisting with other related duties as required.
Qualifications
- A genuine passion for delivering engaging and exceptional customer service.
- Completion of a post-secondary program with an emphasis in business, plus a minimum of 1 year of progressively responsible supervisory or management experience.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
