Position Summary

Promote brand awareness and support revenue-generating guest and owner interactions for the Autograph Collection property.

Support sales and marketing activities involving preview package sales and property tours.

Sales and Guest Engagement

  • Use sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.
  • Contact potential owners, encourage package purchases or tour scheduling, explain presentation requirements, and verify eligibility.
  • Provide complimentary gifts such as rewards points or show tickets for guest patronage.
  • Welcome guests, anticipate service needs, and communicate clearly and professionally.

Administrative and Team Support

  • Perform filing, email, typing, faxing, message handling, and other general office duties for Sales and Marketing.
  • Assist management with training, evaluation, counseling, motivation, and employee coaching.
  • Maintain positive working relationships, support team goals, and respond appropriately to employee concerns.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience.
  • No supervisory experience is required.
  • No license or certification is listed.

Schedule and Workplace

  • The position is full time.
  • The role is not located remotely and is based at the property in Al Shahaniya, Doha, Qatar.
