Role Overview
Manage the complete HVAC operation from sales and design through procurement, installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and client handover.
Workplace
- Work location is in person and includes site-based HVAC project activities.
Project Planning and Execution
- Plan HVAC projects, manpower, materials, equipment, and schedules.
- Review drawings, BOQ, specifications, and work orders.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, civil, electrical, and other contractors.
- Monitor VRF, VRV, chiller, AHU, FCU, ductable, and split AC installation.
- Ensure correct ducting, copper piping, insulation, drainage, supports, and equipment installation.
Engineering and Commissioning
- Review HVAC load calculations and equipment selection.
- Check duct sizing, pipe sizing, refrigerant piping, insulation thickness, and electrical requirements.
- Troubleshoot HVAC problems and guide engineers and technicians.
- Supervise pressure testing, flushing, vacuuming, refrigerant charging, electrical checks, and commissioning.
- Verify temperatures, pressures, voltage, current, airflow, and water flow.
