Assistant Manager - Warehouse & Inventory

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Manager to strengthen our Warehouse & Inventory function and ensure smooth, accurate, and timely handling of goods across our supply chain.

The Assistant Manager – Warehouse & Inventory will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, and supporting the organization's supply chain efficiency.

This role requires close coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure inventory accuracy, timely dispatch, and continuous process improvement.

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods
• Manage daily inventory operations including inbound, outbound, and returns processing
• Ensure warehouse layout, storage practices, and handling procedures meet operational and safety standards

• Ensure continuous inventory availability; proactively flag low-stock and out-of-stock SKUs
