is a boutique Transaction Advisory Firm based in Dubai, specialized in negotiating, structuring and executing education, healthcare and investment transactions in UAE & beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage transaction due diligence processes, including preparation of information and documentation required for due diligence, management of virtual data rooms, handling due diligence queries, and timely completion of the due diligence process.
- Prepare Teasers, Information Memorandums, financial analyses, and transaction-related presentations.
- Conduct financial analysis, market research, and transaction-related assessments.
- Coordinate with clients, advisors, investors, and other stakeholders throughout the transaction process.
- Support the Managing Director in transaction structuring, negotiations, and execution.
Requirements
- Qualification: CA, CFA, or ACCA.
- 4 to 5 years of experience, including at least 2 to 3 years in Transaction Advisory Services as Associate or Senior Associate with a Big 4 audit firm in UAE or GCC.
- Strong understanding of transaction due diligence, financial analysis, and financial modeling.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
