Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines and oversee sales floor and stockroom operations.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, payroll, training, and development of non-management staff.
• Drive sales through customer service, product knowledge, brand awareness, and styling recommendations.
• Build visual displays, analyze reporting, control inventory, operate point-of-sale systems, and fulfill omnichannel orders.
• Represent the Abercrombie & Fitch brand and exemplify company culture and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong customer focus, communication, interpersonal, team-building, and coaching skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends, strong work ethic, initiative, confidence, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work proactively in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
