Description and Requirements
- · Excellent Team Player with transactional skills
- · Monitor projects all tasks ongoing basis, evaluate progress and quality
- · Manage issue resolution process, and raise issue/risks as necessary
- · Work type and process compliance Quality audit governance
- · Create and govern effective process and work closely with stakeholders
- · Prepare Management reports as required
- · Management of multiple GACs tasks assigned
- · Manage Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly calls with the client
- · Team and Queue Management
- · Ensure all tasks are completed on time as per request from client
Skill set
- Ø Good understanding of US Pension Insurance
- Ø Any Certification will be preferred (Like LOMA etc)
- Ø Excellent understanding of Excel, Powerpoint and Documents creation
- Ø Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to clearly communicate/articulate technical and functional issues with conclusions and recommendations to Leadership/stakeholders (via weekly, monthly and Quarterly status report)
- Ø Should be good in reporting to ensure strong governance
