Responsibilities
- Regulatory and Analytical Platform Administration : Manage and administer the Finance Regulatory and Reporting Analytical platform, ensuring its reliability, performance, and alignment with business needs.
- Data Management and Modeling : Design, develop, and maintain complex data models with multiple subject areas to support advanced analytics and reporting capabilities.
- Requirement Gathering and Documentation: Engage with business users to gather requirements, document functional and technical specifications, and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Oversight : Manage all stages of the software development lifecycle, from planning and development to testing, deployment, and post-production support, adhering to stringent enterprise-level change management processes.
- Testing and Deployment : Facilitate and manage SIT and UAT phases to ensure smooth project implementation and delivery.
- Post-Production Support: Provide robust post-production support, addressing issues promptly and implementing performance optimizations to ensure system stability.
- Cloud Services and Migration: Explore and implement opportunities to leverage cloud services and drive cloud migration initiatives where beneficial.
- Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Develop comprehensive documentation for solution architecture, technical designs, and project details. Provide training and knowledge sharing for system users and team members.
Technical Expertise
8 to 10 years of experience in Regulatory Reporting , with Deep understanding of Finance and banking.
Proficiency in PL/SQL and T-SQL , including experience with performance tuning of functions and procedures.
Proficiency of Informatica PowerCenter 10.x or SSIS is important.
Advanced-level expertise in Power BI will be an advantage.
An understanding of new technologies such as cloud services and experience with cloud migration will be advantageous
