Prime Function
Lead and manage Production Planning and Control activities across manufacturing operations.
Ensure effective production scheduling, material planning, inventory control, delivery adherence, and resource utilization.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end PPC activities and prepare monthly, weekly, and daily production plans.
- Ensure availability of materials, components, tooling, and resources for uninterrupted production.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.
- Monitor production progress, delivery schedules, capacity, bottlenecks, and constraints.
- Optimize inventory for raw materials, work in progress, and finished goods.
- Review customer schedules, forecasts, delivery commitments, and On Time In Full performance.
- Use SAP or ERP systems for planning, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Lead demand planning, production loading, resource allocation, tracking, reporting, and new project ramp-up.
