External Job Description
Maintain Cisco IE, Catalyst and Nexus switches.
Configure VLANs, Inter-VLAN Routing, STP/RSTP/MSTP, EtherChannel/LACP, HSRP and QoS.
Support Static Routing, OSPF, EIGRP, IS-IS and BGP.
Support PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP, OPC UA and MQTT.
Administer VMware ESXi, vCenter, HA, DRS, vMotion and Distributed vSwitch.
Support MES, SCADA, Historian, PLC/HMI, RFID, RTLS, AGV/AMR and Industrial Wireless.
Perform RCA, preventive maintenance and vendor coordination.
Software and hardware license management.
Administer AMC’s issued to OEMs for support . e.g. – Cisco or HP for their respective parts operating in CEAT.
Ensure scheduled backup and periodic restoration testing of critical OT servers, VMs, application files, databases, configuration files and license files.
