Responsibilities
- Calculate and process employee salaries, benefits, bonuses, and deductions
- Ensure timely payroll disbursements in accordance with company policies
- Handle statutory deductions like PF, ESI, PT, TDS, etc., through vendor and ensure timely deposits
- Prepare MIS reports related to statutory returns, including income tax and labor law compliances
- Maintain accurate payroll records and manage salary revision activities
- Update employee master data for new hires, resignations, and salary revisions
- Prepare payroll reports for management and finance departments
- Reconcile payroll accounts with the general ledger and resolve discrepancies
- Address payroll related queries from employees
- Assist in internal and external payroll audits by providing required documentation
- Ensure payroll practices comply with company policies and labor laws

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, HR, or related field
- 3 8 years of experience in payroll or HR operations

- A Payroll Candidate is responsible for managing the accurate and timely processing of payroll and related tasks for an organization.
- This role involves maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, calculating salaries, bonuses, and deductions, and addressing payroll related inquiries.
- A payroll executive collaborates closely with HR and finance departments to streamline payroll processes and support employee satisfaction.
