Position Summary
The role ensures the availability of sales reports and dashboards for performance tracking and keeps sales tools and master data up to date.
The role supports the GBM and sales functions through reporting, analysis, forecasting, and commercial operations support.
Sales Operations Responsibilities
- Develop and publish daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management and sales teams.
- Provide data analysis and prepare presentations and dashboards for business and sales stakeholders.
- Maintain trade-spend visibility in CRM and prepare TTS analysis and reports.
- Prepare data and templates for monthly meetings, MBPC, and cluster reporting.
- Maintain customer, customer hierarchy, and material-extension master data with F&C, Sales, and NBS.
- Drive the MOSAIC forecasting-tool process and keep data current in the OPC.
- Prepare and share the Outlook and take actions in the middle-out forecasting process.
- Circulate price lists, product listing and delisting updates, and monthly promotions.
- Coordinate monthly sales targets by salesperson and calculate sales-force incentive payouts.
- Ensure customer BDAs comply with commercial policy and are signed and archived properly.
- Ensure compliance with CRM trade-spend classification, WHO code, incentives, SOPs, trade agreements, customer creation, and audit-point closure.
