Position details
The position is with Signode India Limited in the IPS department.
The role is based in Delhi, India.
The position requires frequent travel.
Position summary
The role supports business expectations and sustainable growth by developing new customers in IPS.
Key roles and responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and applications through market research.
- Maintain customer relationships through support, guidance, and solution-based recommendations.
- Focus on solution selling to customers.
- Plan sales and achieve revenue, margin, and collection targets.
- Maintain quality customer service through organizational standards.
- Resolve customer queries and grievances quickly.
- Coordinate new product launches in the assigned territory.
- Implement initiatives to increase product visibility and drive volumes.
Candidate profile
- B.Tech degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- At least five years of experience in direct industrial sales or key accounts sales.
- Experience developing business with new products, new solutions, and new customers.
