Quantity Surveyor
This role is responsible for cost estimation, budgeting, contract administration, and cost control, ensuring projects are delivered within budget and in compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements
Evaluate project estimates, budgets, tender documents, and contracts to ensure accuracy, feasibility, and compliance with contractual requirements.
Monitor project costs and expenditures against approved budgets, identify cost variances and commercial risks, and recommend corrective actions.
Support procurement activities through BOQ preparation, bid evaluation, quotation review, and cost-effective contractor/vendor selection.
Conduct site measurements and verify work progress, contractor claims, variations, valuations, cost reports, and final accounts to ensure effective commercial management and project governance.

5+ years of experience in quantity surveying, cost management, billing, and contract administration for construction projects.
Strong understanding of cost estimation, BOQ preparation, procurement, variation management, and cost control.
Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with proficiency in MS Excel and commercial reporting tools.
