Role Overview
The Assistant Manager - Production plans and executes production according to supply-chain requirements with maximum efficiency and least cost.
The role is responsible for EHS and QMS compliance and reports to the Manager - Production.
The position is based in Jhagadia within Operations and Supply Chain.
Production and Materials
- Execute small and medium-sized projects in a time-bound and safe manner.
- Plan production based on manpower requirements to meet quality specifications.
- Account for semi-finished, advanced intermediate, and finished goods in ERP/AX9.
- Maintain minimum stock quantities and account for materials received from stores and finished goods handover.
- Optimize workmen utilization in the plant.
