Responsibilities
- Apply knowledge of problem solving tools for identifying root cause of quality issues
- Study drawings, inspection reports, scanning inspection reports, body accuracy reports, checker data and analyze problematic areas
- Understand gaps in manufacturing processes and identify problems in jigs/tools/fixtures
- Analyze defects and probable causes to verify at a quick pace
- Make and present holistic data using deep dive methodology
Requirements
- BE/B. Tech with 4 to 6 years exp or Diploma in Mechanical with 8 10 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of various problem solving tools for identifying root cause
- Knowledge on manufacturing processes related to press, weld, paint and assembly shops
- Able to study drawings, inspection reports, scanning inspection reports, body accuracy reports, checker data and able to analyze the problematic areas
- Able to understand the gaps of manufacturing processes, identify problems in jigs/ tools/ fixtures
- Able to understand the defects and analyze the probable causes to verify at a quick pace
- Able to make and present holistic data using deep dive methodology
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Positive thinking and good confidence level
