Role overview
The PMO – Process & Data Analyst supports project governance, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.
The role contributes to operational excellence and successful project delivery through analysis, reporting, coordination, and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Collect, validate, and analyze business and project data.
- Document current-state and future-state processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support project planning, tracking, governance, status reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
- Maintain schedules, RAID logs, action trackers, and governance documentation.
- Coordinate meetings and follow up on actions and deliverables.
- Develop SOPs, process maps, KPI dashboards, and reports using Power BI and Excel.
- Perform root cause analysis and support business transformation initiatives.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and insights and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, information systems, statistics, finance, or a related field is required.
- The role requires 3–5 years of experience in PMO, process improvement, business analysis, or data analytics.
