- Conduct product demos and explain pricing and settlement
- Submit accurate merchant KYC documentation
- Consistently achieve monthly merchant acquisition targets
- Maintain daily sales reports and market insights
- Provide basic after sales support and coordinate merchant activation
Requirements
- Existing merchant network in the UAE that can be tapped immediately
- 1–4 years of UAE field sales experience
- Background in telecom, FMCG, electronics distribution, courier/logistics onboarding, or similar
- Strong relationship building and negotiation skills

Position Summary
- We are hiring Assistant Manager – POS Field Sales professionals with a mandatory, active merchant network in the UAE.
- This role is ideal for mid level field sales talent from Telecom, FMCG, electronics distribution, logistics onboarding, food distribution, merchant acquiring, or any field heavy role dealing with SME decision makers.
- High performers have a clear path to promotion into a Manager role.
Responsibilities
- Use your existing merchant network to acquire merchants quickly.
- Prospect and onboard new merchants across retail, F&B, salons, services, and SMEs.
- Promote POS terminals and payment acceptance solutions.
- Conduct product demos and explain pricing and settlement.
- Submit accurate merchant KYC documentation.
- Consistently achieve monthly merchant acquisition targets.

Requirements (Must Haves)
- Existing merchant network in the UAE that can be tapped immediately.
- 1–4 years of UAE field sales experience.
- Background in telecom, FMCG, electronics distribution, courier/logistics onboarding, or similar.
- Strong relationship building and negotiation skills.
- Solid understanding of UAE SME/retail market.
- Target driven, self motivated, and confident in field work.
- Driving license is a strong advantage.
- POS or payments experience is a plus but not required.
