Role Overview

Operations and Service

• Assist with daily pool and beach bar operations to ensure efficient, high-quality service.
• Monitor service standards and guest satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards across all areas.
• Plan and execute promotions, events, and seasonal activities.

Team Leadership

• Supervise and motivate the team while maintaining productivity and positive morale.
• Conduct daily briefings, allocate duties, and monitor performance.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training.
• Ensure compliance with grooming, service, and brand standards.

Guest Experience

• Build strong guest relationships and anticipate guest needs.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Create a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere aligned with the brand image.
