• Resource Management: Collaborate with concerned departments to facilitate project-wise requirement of resources. Monitor resource allocation across projects to address inefficiencies or bottlenecks.

• Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Develop and maintain project performance metrics, reporting systems and dashboards.
