Key Responsibilities
- Group HR Data Governance Framework: Author and enforce the Group HR Data Dictionary, defining data standards, field parameters, system owners, and access control profiles across all business applications.
- Data Cleansing & Legacy Migration Auditing: Lead data cleansing strategies ahead of system migrations. Audit data quality across databases in companies, forcing the resolution of structural mismatches, duplicates, or missing records.
- Executive Dashboarding : Design, build, and maintain consolidated corporate HR scorecards and interactive dashboards (using PowerBI, Tableau, etc.). Deliver automated, real-time insights regarding headcount, attrition trends, labour cost ratios, system utilization and diversity matrices directly to Group Executive leadership.
- Advanced & Predictive People Insights: Move analytics from descriptive charts into predictive modelling. Run statistical evaluations on drivers of attrition, quality of hire vectors.
- Data Privacy & Compliance Controls: Enforce compliance with international and local data privacy frameworks (e.g., DPDP Act, GDPR).
