Assistant Manager - Order to Cash (Credit)

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Manage activities across the Order to Cash domain from purchase order validation through billing.
• Manage collections and dispute resolution and enforce the relevant strategy.
• Contact end customers by phone and email to collect overdue amounts.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly collections targets.
• Maintain customer and country or regional finance relationships through email, fax, and conference calls.
• Lead conference calls with country and regional financial managers.
• Participate in country- and region-level governance meetings.
• Collaborate with team members to meet deliverables and develop process standards.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and drive Lean and Six Sigma projects.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in accounting, commerce, economics, or finance, or a master's degree in finance.
• English language proficiency at Upper Intermediate level, B2.
• Experience with Order to Cash, collections, dispute management, and related finance processes.
• SAP knowledge and experience generating SAP reports are advantageous.
• Relevant certifications listed include CAMS, PSIB, CCO, CFA, CPA, and CRCM.
