Assistant Manager - MIS

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational, productivity, quality, and financial data to identify trends and business insights.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, scorecards, and KPI tracking reports for leadership.
• Create daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc MIS reports to support business decision-making.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Automate reporting processes using Excel Macros, VBA, Power Query, and other automation tools.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure reporting accuracy.
• Support workforce planning, forecasting, capacity analysis, and resource utilization reporting.
• Conduct root cause analysis and provide data-driven recommendations for performance improvement.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Training, and Leadership teams to understand analytical requirements.
• Translate business requirements into reporting solutions, dashboards, and actionable insights.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and automation across business functions.
• Present performance trends, risks, and recommendations through management-ready reports and presentations.
• Maintain reporting documentation, metric definitions, and governance standards.
• Support audits, business reviews, and strategic initiatives through accurate and timely analytics
