About the Role
Samsonite Group seeks an Assistant Manager - Marketing to lead regional marketing campaigns, coordinate with distributors, manage media and digital strategies, and ensure brand consistency across markets.

Responsibilities
- Lead end to end execution of regional marketing campaigns across markets
- Act as primary marketing point of contact for distributors and markets
- Partner with media agencies to evaluate and deploy media strategies
- Lead planning and execution of digital campaigns across channels
- Drive execution of visual merchandising campaigns across all markets
- Manage distribution and approval of marketing assets ensuring brand compliance
- Develop and distribute monthly social media calendars
- Lead planning and execution of events, pop ups, and brand activations
- Support annual business planning cycles and distributor meetings
- Mentor and guide marketing interns and junior team members
Requirements
- Post graduate degree
- At least 5 8 years of experience in regional marketing, preferably in consumer/lifestyle brands
- Strong experience managing multi market execution through distributors
- Deep understanding of digital marketing and media planning
- High attention to detail with strong project management capabilities
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluency in English

Education & Experience
- Post graduate degree.
- At least 5 8 years of experience in regional marketing, preferably in consumer/lifestyle brands.
