Assistant Manager -Marketing

Social Media Content Management

• Support social media engagement and content updates on the hotel website and relevant travel or local digital channels.
• Assist with promotions for food and beverage, weddings, spa, rooms, and conferences through digital and social media.
• Support proactive online reputation management by surfacing and responding to guest comments.

Public Relations and Visual Assets

• Participate in quarterly public relations planning and maintain local media contacts, including food critics and bloggers.
• Manage assigned media accounts and assist with press releases for property events, promotions, and outlets.
• Support hotel-sponsored events, community or government relations activities, press promotions, vendors, and media agencies.
• Coordinate photography and photo shoots with hotel, agency, cluster, area, and regional marketing teams.

Direct Marketing and Collateral

• Coordinate hotel and food and beverage printed materials and direct marketing activities.
• Control marketing collateral quantities and inventory and maintain organized records.
• Support production of property, food and beverage display, and temporary signage.
• Verify collateral meets brand standards and Brand Standard Audit requirements.

General Marketing Support

• Assist with communications activities, hotel newsletters, website updates, and joint food and beverage promotions.
• Provide marketing assistance and subject matter expertise to general managers, sales leaders, managers, and revenue leaders.
• Monitor competitors, collateral, advertising, marketing efforts, and evolving digital marketing trends.
• Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the manager.
