Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients with commercial accountability: originate opportunities, secure mandates, and sustain and expand relationships
- Lead compliance and strategic advisory engagements including gap assessments, framework design, regulatory remediation and market entry advisory
- Support transaction related work, including due diligence, target assessment and advisory on mergers, acquisitions and investments in regulated sectors
- Advise clients on the UAE regulatory landscape across AML/CFT, DPMS obligations and sector specific compliance regimes
- Translate regulatory and market developments into commercial insight for clients and for the firm's service development
- Prepare proposals, credentials and thought leadership alongside senior leadership
- Mentor junior consultants and uphold the standard of quality across engagements
Requirements
- 6 to 12 years in consulting, compliance advisory or a regulated industry
- Strong working knowledge of the UAE regulatory environment and commercial landscape
- Depth in at least one of: AML/CFT, regulatory compliance, responsible sourcing, financial crime advisory, ESG or transaction advisory
- Demonstrated commercial contribution: clients acquired, relationships developed, engagement scopes expanded
- Excellent report writing and client communication in English
- Professional certifications such as CAMS, CFE, ICA, CA or ISO Lead Auditor are advantageous

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients with commercial accountability: originate opportunities, secure mandates, and sustain and expand relationships.
- Lead compliance and strategic advisory engagements for clients in the UAE and other jurisdictions, including gap assessments, framework design, regulatory remediation and market entry advisory.
- Support transaction related work, including due diligence, target assessment and advisory on mergers, acquisitions and investments in regulated sectors.
- Advise clients on the UAE regulatory landscape across AML/CFT, DPMS obligations and sector specific compliance regimes.

Qualifications and Experience
- 6 to 12 years in consulting, compliance advisory or a regulated industry, depending on the level of entry, ideally with Big 4 or equivalent professional services exposure.
- Strong working knowledge of the UAE regulatory environment and commercial landscape.
- Depth in at least one of the following: AML/CFT, regulatory compliance, responsible sourcing, financial crime advisory, ESG or transaction advisory.
- Demonstrated commercial contribution: clients acquired, relationships developed, engagement scopes expanded.
- Excellent report writing and client communication in English; Arabic is valued given the markets we serve.
- Professional certifications such as CAMS, CFE, ICA, CA or ISO Lead Auditor are advantageous but not essential.
