Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Gen AI Lead / Manager to drive the strategic adoption and implementation of Generative AI and Machine Learning solutions across enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of Generative AI strategies aligned with organizational business objectives.
- Drive enterprise wide AI/ML transformation initiatives, ensuring scalable and responsible AI adoption.
- Architect and deploy Gen AI solutions, integrating advanced ML models into business workflows.
- Identify high value AI use cases and build implementation roadmaps to maximize business impact.
- Lead AI model audits, validation, and governance assessments to ensure compliance, transparency, and model reliability.
- Establish AI governance frameworks covering model risk management, bias detection, explainability, and regulatory compliance.
- Evaluate enterprise AI systems for performance, ethical risks, and governance adherence.
- Collaborate with risk and compliance teams to institutionalize responsible AI practices.
- Establish and manage the AI & ML Center of Excellence (CoE) to standardize AI delivery frameworks and best practices.
- Define operating models, governance structures, and reusable assets for AI programs.
- Mentor AI teams and guide project execution from ideation to deployment.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide executive level visibility into AI program outcomes.
