Key Duties & Responsibilities 1.

CAPEX Planning & Project Execution Develop annual CAPEX plans in alignment with business requirements and organisational priorities.

Prepare and drive project execution strategies across the assigned facilities.

Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather project requirements and define project scope.

Ensure projects are executed within the approved timelines, scope and budget. 2.

Maintenance Management & Equipment Reliability Oversee project-related and routine maintenance activities across the assigned facilities.

Drive equipment reliability through effective maintenance planning and execution.

Analyse equipment breakdowns and conduct root cause analysis.

Implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions to reduce recurring failures.

Drive improvement in equipment reliability and maintenance performance, including reduction in Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) and improvement in Mean Time Between Repairs (MTBR). 3.

Budget Management & Cost Optimisation Monitor project and maintenance expenditure against approved budgets.

Track cost variances and implement appropriate cost-control measures.

Identify opportunities for cost optimisation without compromising operational efficiency, safety or quality. 4.

Oversee project-related and routine maintenance activities across the assigned facilities.

Monitor and analyse energy and water consumption trends.
Identify opportunities to improve utility efficiency and reduce overall consumption.
Drive improvement initiatives through process optimisation and appropriate technology upgrades.

Oversee maintenance activities related to the Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs).
Ensure effective coordination and performance monitoring of outsourced maintenance services.
Maintain an updated register of plant equipment and assets.
Ensure appropriate calibration, validation and lifecycle tracking of equipment and assets to support operational efficiency and audit readiness.

Coordinate with relevant external agencies for obtaining required licences, approvals and statutory clearances.
Ensure maintenance and project activities comply with applicable safety, environmental and industrial regulations.
Support regulatory documentation and compliance requirements associated with the assigned facilities.

Lead, guide and develop the maintenance team to ensure effective execution of assigned activities.
Support skill development and capability building within the team.
Manage vendor onboarding, service performance and accountability.
Ensure outsourced services are delivered on time and met the required quality and operational standards.

Prepare and present Monthly MIS reports covering project progress, maintenance KPIs, cost tracking and utility performance.
Monitor key maintenance and project performance indicators and highlight areas requiring attention.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, equipment reliability and cost effectiveness.

Job Requirements Qualification: Masters or Bachelor s degree in Electrical/Electronics engineering or related field or equivalent. Certificate/ NTC3/2/ ITC/ NITEC in Electronics/ Electrical/ Mechanical/ Process Engineering Knowledge & Skills : Reviews and provides strategic inputs based on market and technology trends on product and system requirements and technical specification Provide leadership and guidance to individual team members for career growth and development Excellent problem solving skills as well as keen analytical abilities Working experience with Global team to deliver on sustenance projects Excellent communication skills. Ability to influence stakeholders. Good people management skillsets.

working with and effectively communicating (listen, speak, present and write) to all levels of management and build working relationship with others outside of the program team Willing to travel based on need.
