Proven experience in logistics, transportation, shipping, warehousing, and supply chain operations.
Strong understanding of dispatch planning, freight management, shipment documentation, and logistics execution processes.
Experience working with transporters, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and third-party logistics providers.
Working knowledge of import/export operations, Customs regulations, DGFT requirements, Incoterms, and trade compliance practices.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Experience monitoring logistics KPIs, freight costs, transportation performance, and service provider effectiveness.
Proficiency with SAP ERP systems (SD/MM preferred), Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and logistics reporting tools.
Ability to work effectively across multiple functions and manage priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
