Responsibilities
- Team Member - COE Logistics - O3
- SOP Implementation and Initiative Execution:
- Assist in the deployment of logistics SOPs and new initiatives within the operations to improve service delivery standards.
- Monitor adherence to logistics policies
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements.
- Logistics Operations:
- Track and report on the progress of logistics operations, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and initiative timelines.
- Manage Purchase Orders (PO) and Purchase Requisitions (PR) for customer vehicles, streamlining coordination with suppliers and internal teams.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports adhering to the format required by management, capturing logistics-related data such as vehicle utilization, routes, and gas quantities.
- Analyze various trends taking into consideration location data, vehicle numbers, routes, amount of gas carried, charges per kg of gas delivered, etc. and report any deviations to the Lead - COE logistics.
- Provide actionable data and insights to the Lead - COE Logistics.
- Generate accurate bills and invoices for dealers and customers, facilitating timely submissions for payment processing.
- Ensure all financial transactions related to logistics services reflect the correct amount of charges and are validated against service delivery data.
- Operational Efficiency Tracking:
- Consistently monitor vehicle operations to ensure they are running optimally and meeting transportation needs effectively.
- Identify any irregularities in vehicle performance or utilization and communicate findings to the logistics team for corrective action.

Qualifications
- Educational Qualifications:
- B.E./ B.Tech./ Bachelor's Degree (Logistics or related field), Additional Degrees and Certifications (Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Data Analysis) preferred
- Work Experience:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in logistics and supply chain management.
- Industry Preferred:
- Background in gas, energy or utility sector with exposure of Logistics and Supply Chain Management is preferred.
- Educational Qualifications: B.E./ B.Tech./ Bachelor's Degree (Logistics or related field), Additional Degrees and Certifications (Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Data Analysis) preferred Work Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in logistics and supply chain management. Industry Preferred: Background in gas, energy or utility sector with exposure of Logistics and Supply Chain Management is preferred.
