Job Purpose
Support and manage leasing activities to achieve occupancy, revenue, and leasing targets.
Lead the leasing team and ensure smooth and efficient leasing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and secure new property listings from landlords, property owners, and developers.
- Build relationships with property owners and expand the company’s property listing portfolio.
- Ensure newly acquired listings are documented, competitively priced, and published across relevant platforms.
- Manage day-to-day leasing activities for residential and commercial properties.
- Achieve leasing, occupancy, and revenue targets.
- Supervise, guide, and motivate the leasing team.
- Monitor vacant units and ensure timely leasing.
- Handle property viewings, tenant inquiries, negotiations, and lease closures.
- Manage tenant relationships and support lease renewal and retention activities.
- Develop relationships with brokers, agents, corporate clients, and potential tenants.
- Monitor rental rates, competitor activities, and leasing trends.
- Prepare tenancy contracts and performance reports and ensure compliance with company policies, UAE tenancy laws, and RERA requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
