Position Summary

Sales and Account Management

• Achieve territory sales volumes by category.
• Achieve core distribution through new SKU listings, picture of success targets, agreed visibility, and BDA elements.
• Develop customer relationships and initiate contract negotiations covering visibility, shelf space, promotions, and implementation.
• Report sales analysis, initiative implementation, competitor activity, launches, and customer plans to sales management.

Field Execution

• Organize daily field visits and follow up with stores in the assigned area to ensure product availability.
• Implement promotional plans effectively and efficiently in assigned stores.
• Ensure on-shelf availability by communicating with merchandisers and following up with store visits.
• Ensure correct product handling and shelf condition according to company policy.
