Role Overview

Store Operations

• Assist with daily store activities, opening and closing procedures, corporate directives, task compliance, and store communications.
• Move merchandise from delivery trucks to the stockroom and sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Assist with ordering merchandise, processing damaged merchandise, maintaining records, and managing cash deposits and receipts.
• Maintain promotional storefront fixtures, a stocked sales floor, an organized stockroom, and company assets.

Customer and Team Support

• Provide positive, approachable customer service and address customer questions and concerns.
• Help the Store Manager supervise, train, and develop store associates.
• Maintain a positive, safe, respectful, professional, and friendly environment for customers, associates, and leaders.

Store Cleanliness and Safety

• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, trash, and other areas.
