Job Summary
Assist with daily Human Resource Office activities, including recruitment, total compensation, training and development.
Deliver HR services that meet employee needs and support business success while complying with applicable laws, regulations, and operating procedures.
Schedule and Workplace
- The position is full time and located at the Marriott property on Annie Besant Road and Sadanand Hasu Tandel Marg in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Education and Experience
- A high school diploma or GED plus two years of experience in human resources, management operations, or a related professional area is accepted.
- Alternatively, a two-year degree from an accredited university in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related major is accepted with no work experience required.
Recruitment and Hiring
- Assist with interviewing and hiring HR team members with appropriate skills.
- Maintain external recruitment contacts, attend job fairs, document outreach, and network with local organizations to source candidates.
