Role Overview
The Assistant Manager - Human Resources will lead recruitment and HR operations across departments.
The role has priority responsibility for Sales, CRM, and customer-facing positions.

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
- Manage sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer release, and recruitment closure.
- Maintain vacancy trackers, pipeline status, joining schedules, and offer-to-joining conversion.
- Source candidates through portals, social media, referrals, and consultants.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and track timely feedback.
Onboarding and HR Operations
- Plan and conduct induction and coordinate smooth departmental onboarding.
- Track joining formalities, documentation, induction schedules, and employee productivity timelines.
- Maintain employee files, appointment letters, KYC records, NDAs, and policy acknowledgements.
- Manage attendance, leave records, punctuality tracking, payroll inputs, probation, and confirmations.
