Assistant Manager HR

Proven experience in stakeholder management and influencing senior leaders.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and trends.

Hands-on experience with HRMS and HR analytics tools.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional maturity.

Experience supporting large or multi-location employee populations.

Exposure to change management and organizational transformation initiatives.

Experience working in matrixed or complex business environments.
