7 Rain Jewelry is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to support daily store operations, sales performance, staff supervision, and inventory control for its Dubai Gold Souk retail stores.

Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager/Owner in daily store operations
- Supervise sales staff and ensure proper customer service
- Handle high value customers professionally
- Monitor sales targets and staff performance
- Assist with gold, diamond, silver, and jewelry inventory control
- Check product displays, cleanliness, pricing, tagging, and stock organization
- Ensure staff follow company rules, timing, grooming, and sales procedures
- Support online sales through WhatsApp, social media, and customer follow up
- Handle customer complaints and solve issues professionally
- Prepare daily sales reports and update management
- Help prevent mistakes, losses, careless handling, or stock mismanagement
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of gold jewelry and understanding of 18K, 21K, 22K, 24K gold
- Knowledge of diamonds including basic 4Cs: cut, color, clarity, and carat
- Experience in jewelry retail sales or store management
- Confidence in handling luxury customers
- Honesty, discipline, punctuality, and responsibility
- Ability to manage staff and follow company systems
- Good communication skills in English
- Previous experience in Dubai Gold Souk or UAE jewelry retail (preferred)
- Experience with POS, invoicing, stock management, and WhatsApp sales (preferred)
- Experience managing a small sales team (preferred)

Job Overview
- 7 Rain Jewelry is looking for a serious and experienced Assistant Manager to support daily store operations, sales performance, staff supervision, customer service, and inventory control.
- This role is not for beginners. The candidate must already understand the jewelry business, especially gold and diamond products, customer handling, pricing, stock management, and retail store discipline.

- Must have experience in jewelry retail sales or store management.
- Must be confident in handling luxury customers.
- Must be honest, disciplined, punctual, and responsible.
- Must be able to manage staff and follow company systems.
- Good communication skills in English are required.
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in Dubai Gold Souk or UAE jewelry retail.
- Experience with POS, invoicing, stock management, and WhatsApp sales.

Salary
- Salary will be discussed based on experience and capability.
- Pay: AED 2,500.00 AED 3,500.00 per month.
