Purpose of the function
Support agent inquiry handling and help increase wallet share from agents through an effective and efficient inquiry process.
The role supports global network development through commercial coordination, pricing, reporting, and operational follow-up.
Commercial responsibilities
- Manage agent inquiries and respond within two hours of ticket creation.
- Coordinate with product and pricing teams to obtain rates and create agent proposals.
- Follow up with agents and monitor response performance.
- Keep the GND manager and stakeholders informed about variations.
Operational responsibilities
- Provide timely business-closure information to the product team.
- Maintain data quality and highlight anticipated issues proactively.
- Identify root causes and create action plans for resolution.
Sales and general responsibilities
- Provide route development and GND managers with data to promote more business with agents.
- Understand agent business patterns, including VIP and system partners.
