About The Role
The Assistant Manager, Front Services ensures Front Services operations and guest service delivery meet five-star standards for guests and colleagues.
The role assists with Bell Services and Transportation and oversees the daily operation of driveways and parking spaces.
The role coordinates Front Office, Front Services, Housekeeping, and other departments to support seamless guest arrivals, departures, and in-house experiences.
Responsibilities
- Assist in all aspects of the Bell Services and Transportation departments.
- Oversee driveways and parking spaces and ensure vehicles move efficiently, professionally, safely, and in an organized manner.
- Oversee Front Desk and lobby operations.
- Coordinate Front Office with Front Services, Housekeeping, and other relevant departments.
