Assistant Manager - Front Office (Russian Speaker)

Key Responsibilities

• · Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the Front Office, ensuring efficient and seamless guest service.
• · Deliver exceptional guest experiences and ensure all Front Office colleagues uphold Hyatt brand standards.
• · Handle guest complaints, inquiries, and service recovery professionally and promptly.
• · Assist in greeting, checking in, and coordinating arrangements for VIP, long-stay, and special request guests.
• · Monitor arrivals, departures, room allocations, room inventory, and overbooking situations.
• · Ensure VIP rooms, special request rooms, and long-stay guest rooms are prepared and pre-blocked in advance.
• · Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and Front Office areas to ensure quality standards are maintained.
• · Ensure strict control of room keys, guest records, and data accuracy.
• · Assist in maximizing room revenue through upselling, yield management, and inventory control.
• · Support forecasting, budgeting, and departmental cost control initiatives.
• · Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Reservations, Engineering, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• · Conduct departmental briefings and support effective communication within the team.
• · Supervise, coach, train, and develop Front Office colleagues to enhance performance and engagement.
• · Assist in recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management of Front Office team members.
• · Ensure compliance with Hyatt policies, brand standards, safety procedures, and local regulations.
• · Respond to guest satisfaction surveys, audits, and operational feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• · Act as Manager on Duty and represent the Front Office department in the absence of the Front Office Manager when required.
• · Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• · Minimum 3 years of Front Office experience in a hotel environment, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or Assistant Manager role.
