Opportunity Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee regulatory compliance, financial crime compliance, corporate governance, enterprise risk management, and internal controls services.
• Help clients establish anti-fraud units by designing governance frameworks, policies, procedures, and structures.
• Develop and perform key risk indicators and reporting with client operational risk teams.
• Prepare high-quality project findings and act as a subject matter expert on client problems.
• Drive process improvements, model quality and risk management, and ensure compliance with Q&RM guidelines.
• Support development of junior team members.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least three years of relevant financial crime compliance or risk management experience.
• Compliance experience in banking or a public accounting firm.
• Strong understanding of regulators and international organizations such as FATF.
• Knowledge of the global risk and regulatory environment, particularly financial crime compliance.
