Job Objective
Manage unit-level financial operations with a focus on audit readiness, accurate MIS reporting, and payroll administration.
Monitor the factory's financial health through internal controls and timely statutory compliance.
Essential Job Tasks
- Complete financial reporting, book closure, and compliance with Ind AS and the Companies Act.
- Prepare financial statements and ensure accurate accounting.
- Manage statutory, internal, and tax audits while strengthening internal controls.
- Handle GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliance.
- Prepare MIS reports, budgets, variance analysis, and cost optimization plans.
- Manage payroll accounting and labour law compliance, including PF, ESIC, and PT.
- Manage ERP systems, process automation, advanced financial analysis, risk assessment, working capital, and strategic financial support.
