About the Role
Drive international export growth across APAC, EU/Americas/CIS, or MENA and Sub-Saharan Africa.
Combine strategic planning with hands-on execution, distributor management, customer support leadership, and global trade compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute region-specific export strategies to identify opportunities, acquire clients, and expand distribution networks.
- Build distributor and client relationships, conduct quarterly performance reviews, manage onboarding, and resolve escalations.
- Lead, mentor, and allocate work for the International Customer Support team to achieve performance KPIs.
- Supervise quotation turnaround, inquiry response times, commercial terms, and proforma invoice accuracy.
- Oversee hazardous chemical export compliance, End-Use Declarations, controlled chemicals, and Dangerous Goods Regulations.
- Collaborate with QA/QC, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams for seamless delivery.
Regional Openings and Territory Focus
- APAC role focuses on Asia-Pacific market expertise, regional distributor management, and market penetration.
- EU, Americas, or CIS role focuses on international client management and hazardous chemical import compliance.
- MENA and Sub-Saharan Africa role focuses on business development, distributor network scaling, and export operations.
