- Minimum 5 years of experience in a heavy equipment or machinery repair workshop
- Proven experience as an Estimator / Assistant Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of heavy equipment and machinery repair processes
- Ability to independently manage and control workshop operations
- Strong negotiation and customer handling skills
- Ability to prepare clear and accurate repair estimates
- Good communication and leadership skills
