Senior designs, manufactures and markets high-technology components and systems for the principal original equipment producers in the worldwide aerospace, defense, land vehicle and energy markets.

Senior India was established in 1993 under the name of Inalsa Flexonics that was taken over by the Senior Group in 1998.
Currently operating from two sites which are in Manesar.
Senior India is a leading manufacturer of Automotive Flexible Exhaust Connectors (Bellow and Interlock types), SS Bellows.
Senior India has also introduced engine products viz.
EGR coolers, Fuel rails, EGR tubes, Turbo Oil Drains, Turbo Oil Feeds etc.
Our Customers base Includes Cummins, JCB, Honda, Volvo, Mahindra, Tata, JLR etc.

• New Product Development
- Project time plan development & execution inline of APQP procedures.
- Works closely with the appropriate project managers in maintaining project Gantt charts.
- Provides required inputs for preparing engineering budgets.
- Ensures that phase reviews are coordinated, documented and executed per project Gantt chart milestones
- Cost saving innovative ideas & solutions provider.
- Must have exposure of PPAP procedures & can lead independent projects for PPAP approvals & production handover
- Should perform Kaizens in parallel to regular projects development tasks.
- NPD inventory Management.
- Product/Process Management:
- Maintains design control through proper use of parts lists revisions and design revisions.
- Actively benchmarks competitive products.
- Performs detailed and accurate analytical evaluations of concepts prior to concept selection and detailing.
